Description:
Just purchased a lake lot. This dock was just re-decked by previous owner, but our boat does not fit under the metal frame. We have a replacement dock on the way and just need this one to find a new home. The roof is rusty, but sound. there was a hole cut in it for something, but it has been patched.
It's an older dock, but can easily provide another 5+ years of good service. more if you replace some floats.
Current height from the water is about 8ft.
It has electrical run throughout the dock, but it is severed at the inlet.
40 ft gangway goes with it.
You will be responsible for for the dock move.
